At Sunshadeboat, our goal is to deliver our Outdoor Living & Garden Sun Shade Sails and Protective Canopies safely and efficiently to your doorstep. We recognize that prompt delivery is a key component of your shopping experience, and we are committed to providing transparent logistics policies. This document details our shipping regions, processing timelines, costs, and terms to ensure you are fully informed from checkout to delivery.
We currently restrict our shipping services to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not support delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or any unincorporated territories of the United States.
Due to carrier infrastructure and routing constraints, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We require a physical residential or commercial address to ensure secure delivery and tracking verification for all shipments.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your total order value:
Free Shipping: For all orders totaling $65.00 or more, standard ground shipping is entirely free.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders totaling under $65.00, a flat shipping fee of $6.00 will be applied at checkout.
To establish clear expectations, our shipping timeframe is divided into processing time and transit time. Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM (Eastern Time / ET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Order Processing Time: All orders undergo administrative verification, payment confirmation, and secure packaging within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Transit Time: Once the carrier picks up the shipment, delivery to your address typically takes 3–8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Timeline: > Order Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time (3–8 business days) = Total Delivery Time (4–11 business days)
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking link will be generated and sent to your email.
Tracking Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Split Shipments: For orders containing multiple items or varying canopy sizes, products may be packaged separately to ensure safe transit. In these instances, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct, complete, and accurate delivery addresses at checkout. Sunshadeboat cannot accept liability or cover replacement costs for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Delivered but Missing Packages: If your tracking status indicates “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please verify around your property, check with neighbors, or contact your local delivery hub. We are not liable for packages stolen or misplaced after confirmed carrier delivery. We recommend filing a formal missing package claim directly with the designated carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
While we utilize reliable shipping networks, transit damage can occasionally occur.
Reporting Window: Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If your sun shade sail or canopy arrives damaged, you must report it to us at Service@sunshadeboat.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Evidence: To process an expedited replacement, please include clear photographs of the damaged item as well as the external shipping carton showing the shipping label. Verified transit damages will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
